One thing we can't do
We're an independent comparison site, not a casino. We can't access your account, release a bonus, change a limit or look into a withdrawal — only the operator can do any of that. For anything to do with your account, contact that operator's support team directly. For everything else, we're all ears.
What we're glad to hear about
- Corrections — a figure, a licence detail or a feature that has changed.
- Feedback on the grades or the way a brand is described.
- Suggestions for UK-licensed operators worth adding to the shortlist.
